He has wide experience as Faculty in Training in Methodology (POT) course and has trained Craft Instructors deputed by state Government of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karnataka along with private candidates from all over India. Special Training course on Design, development & use of Audio Visual aids Electronic Mechanic - Craft Instructor Training course Electronic Mechanic, Mech. Radio & TV – Craftsman Training course He has developed Instructional Media Packages (IMP) for Electronic Mechanic and also for Mechanic Radio & TV trades. He has attended Fellowship training on Media Based Instruction at Federal Republic of Germany in the year 1994. He also conducts classes & practical training sessions at Advanced Training Institute, Chennai in Electronics section, Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulics & Pneumatics sections and also at Automobile (Heat Engine) sections as a Guest Faculty. As a Media Development Committee member in NIMI he has Developed instructional material for Electronic Mechanic trade - Semester pattern, and NSQF (Level-5); Test items for Question bank. Currently, he is associated the development of the manual on “Principles of Teaching” for Craft Instructor Training Scheme |
