As a Training officer 13 years of experience in Teaching and Training of craft Instructor in Central training institute for instructor Chennai. As an Assistance Director of Training 2 year experience of planning , organizing, and conducting training programme for the industrial persons to upgrade and update their knowledge and skills As a Media Development Committee Member in National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), Chennai He is associated in development of instructional media package for all trades under production and manufacturing sector. He had under gone training programme in Germany through NIMI to develop the curriculum for Vocational trades. His are of interests include Planning, Organizing and Conducting Training Programmes for the Craftsmen, Craft Instructor and industrial personnel to update and upgrade their skills and knowledge.
